Q: Is the foam safe for kids with allergies or sensitive skin?
A: Yes! Our foam is non-toxic, hypoallergenic, gluten & nut free, and tear-free. It’s safe for all skin types and ages.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: We’re based in San Diego (92129) and serve all of San Diego County. If your party is more than 20 miles from 92129, there’s a $2/mile travel fee.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: No worries — we’ll reschedule at no cost if weather gets in the way. Foam works best in dry conditions, so we’ll make sure it’s safe and fun.
Q: How much space do you need?
A: Just 15’x15’ — about the size of a 2-car driveway or small backyard. Grass, turf, pavement, or a flat open area all work great.
Q: What’s your cancellation policy?
A: Need to reschedule? We do that free based on availability. But for cancellations:
10+ days notice: Full refund
7 days: 50% refund
3 days: 25% refund
Less than 48 hours: No refund
Q: Do you offer a sensory-friendly option?
A: Absolutely. We offer a quiet cannon for our sensory-sensitive guests — just request it when booking. No extra charge, just extra care.
Q: Can we have the foam near a swimming pool?
A: For safety, we do not blast foam within 30 feet of a pool. If you have a pool, adult supervision is required — and no running from foam to pool!
Q: What is the largest party that you’ve done?
A: We did the Welcome Week party at UCSD for up to 3000 kids! We’ve also done large church events for youth groups with over 1500 kids!
Q: How long does cleanup take?
A: None for you! The foam dissolves within 30 minutes of your party ending. It’s mess-free and safe for grass, patios, turf, and concrete.
